Suncoast Custom Pools is seeking a creative, detail-oriented Pool 2D & 3D Designer to bring our clients' backyard visions to life. This role is responsible for creating custom pool and outdoor living designs, developing high-quality 2D construction plans and realistic 3D renderings, and collaborating with the sales and operations teams to ensure designs are both visually stunning and buildable.
The ideal candidate combines creativity with technical expertise and has a passion for luxury outdoor living environments.
Key Responsibilities:
Design & Visualization
- Create custom residential and commercial pool designs based on client needs, site conditions, budget, and company standards.
- Develop detailed 2D construction drawings, site plans, and permit-ready design packages.
- Produce high-quality 3D renderings, fly-through videos, and visual presentations for clients.
- Design complete outdoor living environments including:
- Pools & spas
- Water features
- Fire features
- Outdoor kitchens
- Pergolas
- Landscape enhancements
- Decking and hardscapes
- Revise and refine designs based on client feedback and sales team recommendations.
Sales Support
- Work closely with the Sales & Design Associate to transform client ideas into professional presentations.
- Attend client consultations and design meetings as needed.
- Assist in presenting concepts and design options to prospective clients.
- Ensure designs align with project budgets and company profitability goals.
Technical & Operational Support
- Conduct site evaluations and review surveys, setbacks, easements, and HOA requirements.
- Verify that designs comply with local building codes and engineering requirements.
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and permitting teams to ensure design feasibility.
- Maintain organized project files and design documentation.
- Support the transition of projects from sales to construction.
Pay: $50,368.80 - $60,659.20 per year
