About Sisters
Sisters is a neighborhood restaurant and bar in Midtown Tucson serving handcrafted pizzas, fresh salads, sandwiches, and a small selection of pasta dishes. We believe great restaurants are built on more than great food –they're built on genuine hospitality, kindness, and community.
Our guests come from all walks of life. On any given night, we're serving neighborhood regulars, families, students, musicians, artists, and concertgoers attending events at our neighboring venue, La Rosa Arts Center. In addition to serving our restaurant guests, our kitchen also prepares the pizzas sold by the slice at La Rosa during concerts and events.

Position Summary
As a Line Cook, you'll help prepare and execute the menu that keeps our guests coming back. You'll work across multiple stations—including pizza, salads, sandwiches, and the hot line—preparing meals for dine-in guests, takeout orders, and pizzas for La Rosa Arts Center.
You'll play an important role in delivering consistently great food while working alongside a team that values communication, efficiency, and supporting one another during every shift.
What You'll Do
- Prepare menu items according to Sisters recipes and quality standards.
- Work a variety of stations, including pizza, salads, sandwiches, and hot line.
- Prepare pizzas for both Sisters Restaurant & Bar and La Rosa Arts Center.
- Set up, stock, and maintain your station before, during, and after service.
- Execute orders accurately and efficiently during busy dinner service.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work area throughout your shift.
- Follow all food safety, sanitation, and health department standards.
- Properly rotate, label, and store food using FIFO practices.
- Assist with prep work, opening and closing duties, and daily kitchen cleaning.
- Communicate effectively with fellow kitchen team members and front-of-house staff.
- Jump in wherever needed to help the team deliver a great guest experience.
What We're Looking For
- Previous line cook or kitchen experience preferred (pizza experience is a plus, but we're happy to train the right person).
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen while maintaining attention to detail.
- Pride in producing consistent, high-quality food.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality.
- A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to support your teammates.
- Ability to accept feedback, continue learning, and contribute to a positive kitchen culture.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and regularly lift up to 50 pounds.
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
