Responsibilities
Strap load, dump loads, help with cutting loads and around the trailer help rake and blow
Experience
- Valid Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) with appropriate endorsements for bus driving or paratransit services
- Proven experience or commercial driving roles
- Strong communication skills in English; multilingual abilities such as bilingual proficiency are a plus for serving diverse communities
- Experience working with children, seniors, or individuals needing special care demonstrates your ability to handle sensitive situations with professionalism and compassion
- Mechanical knowledge of vehicle systems to assist in basic troubleshooting and maintenance checks
- Prior experience in customer service roles that require excellent interpersonal skills and behavior management techniques
- Knowledge of local traffic regulations and safety standards relevant to school bus driving or paratransit services
