Your Responsibilities
- Lead the Floor: Supervise daily operations, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and the store stays organized.
- Mentor the Team: Train and develop staff on buying techniques, customer service, and store protocols.
- Manage the Flow: Monitor inventory levels, handle cash register operations, and ensure policy compliance.
- Solve Problems: Be the go-to person for customer inquiries and resolving issues with a positive attitude.
Qualifications
- Previous leadership or supervisory experience (Retail preferred).
- Strong cash handling and cashier skills.
- Excellent communication skills—you know how to motivate a diverse team.
- Reliable transportation and a commitment to your scheduled shifts.
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed.

Pay: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour
