Fresh Aire provides fragrance service business. We install and maintain state of the art, essential oil-based fragrance diffusers for commercial businesses. We service each customer every four weeks and this service is the primary role of a Service Tech.
Basic duties:
- Service a Route one day per week. Typically a Monday or a Tuesday.

Routes average 15 to 25 stops and take about 6-8 hours of time

Pack product for your Route or pick up product for your Route weekly

Service requires the following tasks:

Check-in with the customer

Refill fragrance diffusers

Clean diffusers
-
Change batteries when needed
-
Check to make sure diffusers are working correctly

Replace or install diffusers when needed

Communicate legibly with office staff
Compensation: Service a Route one day per week. Typically a Monday or a Tuesday.
This is a paid position and it correlates to the number of diffusers on a route. Routes that generate more revenue allow Service Techs to earn more money. We guarantee a minimum of $600 per month.
This is the basic pay structure for a Service Tech:
- Pay is based on a percentage of the revenue generated by each customer you service.

Most months have 4 services and some have 5 services. As a result, payroll will vary from month to month.

Payroll is once per month and you will get paid near the end of the month.

- Can walk 10,000 to 15,000 steps per day

Can lift and carry 15 to 25 lbs for short distances

Can climb up and maintain a good balance on a two step ladder
