The Change Analyst is responsible for owning and maintaining revision-controlled product data and documentation through the product lifecycle. This role ensures the integrity, accuracy, and traceability of Engineering and manufacturing data by creating and managing part numbers, single and multi-level Bill of Materials (BOMs), revision-controlled documentation, along with processing Document Change Requests (DCRs), and Engineering Change Notices (ECNs).
This position plays a critical role in sustaining configuration management discipline, ensuring manufacturing readiness, and supporting Verigon’s commitment to precision electronic assembly and product quality.
Qualifications
§ U.S. citizenship required.
§ Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
§ Minimum 5 years of experience in configuration management, document control or product lifecycle data administration.
§ Working knowledge of Bill of Materials (BOM) structure management, revision control, electronic component identification, and printed circuit board (PCBA) manufacturing processes.
§ Exceptional attention to detail, supported by strong organizational, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
§ Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across all organization levels.
§ Demonstrate ability to produce accurate, high-quality work, perform self-review, and apply feedback to drive continuous improvement and data integrity.
§ Experience with ERP systems, preferably Epicor/Kinetic.
§ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat applications.
Responsibilities
§ Review and analyze customer documentation packages to validate completeness, compliance and implementation requirements.
§ Own and maintain revision-controlled product data, including creation and maintenance of part numbers, Bill of Materials (BOMs), and product structures ensuring accuracy and traceability within the ERP system.
§ Identify, analyze and resolve documentation discrepancies, revision conflicts and data integrity issues.
§ Maintain controlled documentation repositories, revision control and version traceability in accordance with company and customer standards.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
