BLOC Blinds Manufacturing, LLC are looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join our team in Dallas Texas. As Customer Service Advisor you will act as the primary point of contact between the company and our customers. This role ensures that customers receive exceptional service and support, addressing enquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining strong relationships.
Bloc Group is a dynamic and innovation company operating in the manufacturing sector. Due to company expansion, we have recently opened a new manufacturing facility that will showcase advanced technologies and automation in our processes to allow our team to work with cutting edge equipment and systems to manufacture window shades.

What does this role contribute to the Company?
As our customer service advisor, you will provide excellent standards of customer service when dealing with customers to meet and exceed customer expectations through the effective and efficient administration of their accounts. You will live and promote the values and mission statements of Bloc Blinds Manufacturing, LLC.
What we will ask of you:
· Respond to customer enquiries via phone, email, or chat promptly and professionally.
· Provide information on Window shades, product availability, pricing and delivery timelines.
· Keep product knowledge up to date to support answering customer queries.
· Address and resolve customer complaints or escalate issues to the appropriate team.
· Process and manage customer orders, ensuring accuracy and timely entry into the system.
· Track and monitor order status, providing regular updates to customers and internal teams.
· Co-ordinate with production, shipping and logistics to ensure on-time delivery.
· Maintain and update customer records in the ERP system.
· Prepare and send invoices, purchase orders and other related documents.
· Assist the sales team with customer follow-ups and promotional campaigns.
· Meet and greet visitors to the premises in a professional manner when required.
· Works proactively to solve customer, product or pricing issues in a timely fashion.
· Produce customer open order reports and coordinate expedites with Operations team.
· Generate reports for order tracking, customer feedback and service metrics.
· Work with quality team to ensure products meet customer specifications.
· Produce relevant stock lists and provide to customers and sales reps for potential sales
· Monitor and enforce adherence to KPIs (quality and speed)
· Maintain and update relevant training materials
· Training of new and current staff
What we are looking for:
High School diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
· Minimum 3 years’ experience in a related customer service role preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
Proficiency in using ERP Systems and Microsoft Office Suite. (Word, Excel, Outlook)
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Ability to build and maintain rapport.
· Work effectively cross-functionally and with clients/customers.
· Strong problem-solving and critical analysis ability.
Problem solving mindset with attention to detail.
Ability to make effective decisions and execute an appropriate course of action that exceeds customer expectations while supporting business objectives.
· Strong time management, project management, and organizational skills, while able to perform a wide variety of tasks and multi-tasks efficiently.

Pay: $25.00 - $26.00 per hour
