Job Summary:
The Product Support Representative plays a crucial part in ensuring our customers receive exceptional support and assistance with our range of LED lighting products. This employee has excellent communication skills, a passion for delivering outstanding customer service, and a desire to develop technical knowledge. LOW VOLTAGE EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED.
Responsibilities:
- Provide prompt and effective customer support via phone, email, and chat, addressing inquiries related to LED lighting products.
- Assist customers with product selection, troubleshooting, and installation guidance to ensure their satisfaction.
- Develop a deep understanding of our LED lighting product line to provide accurate and insightful information to customers.
- Stay updated on industry trends and product advancements to effectively address customer queries.
- Create and update product support documentation, FAQs, and troubleshooting guides to assist customers.
- Collaborate with Web Content to ensure accurate and up-to-date product information is available to customers.
- Provide feedback on common customer concerns to contribute to product improvement initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a passion for delivering outstanding customer service
- Experience with low voltage systems required
- Call center experience required
- Prior experience in a customer support role is preferred
- Ability to troubleshoot and solve problems effectively
- Desire to learn technical lighting and develop expertise in the field
- Detail-oriented and organized with strong multitasking abilities
- Team player with a positive and proactive attitude
