At EverBloom Holistic Nursing, PC, we're more than just a psychiatric practicem we're a team dedicated to providing compassionate, high-quality mental health care in a supportive and collaborative environment. As our practice continues to grow, we're looking for an experienced Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) who shares our passion for caring for children, adolescents, adults, and neurodivergent individuals.
This is a part-time hybrid position, offering a combination of telehealth and in-person appointments with a flexible schedule.
What You'll Do
- Conduct psychiatric evaluations
- Provide medication management and follow-up care
- Develop individualized treatment plans
- Complete documentation in a timely manner
- Collaborate with families, therapists, schools, and other healthcare providers when appropriate
- Deliver compassionate, patient-centered psychiatric care
What We're Looking For
- Active California PMHNP license
- Board Certified PMHNP
- Active DEA and Furnishing Number
- Minimum of one year of outpatient psychiatric experience
- Experience working with children and adolescents preferred
- Comfortable caring for neurodivergent patients, including individuals with autism and ADHD
- Ability to work independently while being part of a collaborative team
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- Reliable transportation for scheduled in-person clinic days
- Dependable, compassionate, and committed to providing exceptional patient care
