Job Summary
Oversee the daily operations of an industrial laundry facility to ensure efficient production, quality standards, employee safety, equipment performance, and on-time customer deliveries
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and supervise all aspects of the laundry process to meet production targets efficiently.
- Implement and enforce safety standards in accordance with industry regulations and company policies.
- Oversee the proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) by all team members to ensure a safe working environment.
- Maintain adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) to guarantee product quality and safety.
- Manage staffing schedules, assign tasks, and monitor team performance for continuous improvement.
- Conduct regular equipment inspections, coordinate maintenance, and oversee heavy lifting procedures safely.
- Develop and implement process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce waste.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards in production areas, including proper handling of heavy materials.
- Collaborate with quality assurance teams to uphold product standards and resolve any production issues promptly.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in industrial production management, preferably within a laundry or related sector.
- Strong mechanical knowledge related to manufacturing equipment and processes.
- Familiarity with safety standards in production environments, including PPE protocols.
- Knowledge of GMP guidelines and best practices for maintaining product integrity.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to lead teams effectively.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills to coordinate across departments and ensure safety compliance.

Pay: $72,800.00 - $85,000.00 per year
