Compensation:
Compensation Plan: $2,000 per month base salary, plus $50 for each appointment met.
Earn a $1,000 bonus for achieving 40 shown appointments in a month, with an additional $500 bonus for every 10 appointments beyond that.
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM in-office. Leads are not taken outside these hours, but ongoing engagements may require attention beyond business hours. You have the option to claim leads after hours, though it is not mandatory.
Requirements: A valid real estate license is essential (maintenance required). We are open to discussions with candidates who are in the process of obtaining their license.
Membership in the local real estate association is required.
Benefit from client referrals to the team with no team split applied, allowing you to treat it as an agent-generated lead.
Potential Earnings: Achieving 40 appointments monthly equates to a $60,000/year role. Achieving 30 appointments monthly equates to a $42,000/year role.
After a year of consistent performance and mutual agreement to continue, the appointment bonus may increase to $75 per appointment. This adjustment raises potential earnings to $72,000/year for 40 appointments monthly and $51,000/year for 30 appointments monthly.
Benefits: After 90 days of full-time employment, you will be eligible for PTO and vacation days as follows: 7 vacation days per year initially, increasing to 10 days after 2 years, and 5 PTO (sick) days annually.
- Unused PTO and vacation days are forfeited at the end of the calendar year. Vacation days must be scheduled 14 days in advance to be used and paid.
Key Responsibilities:Lead Response Follow-Up:
Promptly respond to new inbound leads from various sources including Zillow, Realtor.com, Ylopo, website inquiries, sign calls, social media, and referrals.
Engage with new leads via calls, texts, and emails using approved scripts, templates, and CRM workflows.
Maintain consistent follow-up with older leads, nurturing opportunities until they are ready to meet with an agent.
Re-engage cold, stalled, or unresponsive leads through outbound call blocks and structured follow-up.
Appointment Setting:
Qualify buyer and seller leads based on motivation, timeline, location, price point, financing status, and readiness to act.
Schedule appointments for agents with qualified buyers, sellers, and potential clients.
Confirm appointments and ensure the assigned agent has all relevant details before the meeting.
Track appointment outcomes and follow up on missed, canceled, or rescheduled appointments.
CRM Data Management:
Accurately update all lead notes, statuses, tasks, tags, and communication history in the CRM.
Maintain clean, organized, and current lead records.
Adhere to team processes for lead handoff, appointment booking, agent assignment, and follow-up tracking.
Maintain daily accountability for calls, conversations, appointments set, and appointments held.
Communication Client Experience:
Represent the team professionally in every interaction.
Build quick rapport with buyers and sellers by being warm, confident, and helpful.
Ask strong qualifying questions without sounding robotic or scripted.
Handle common objections and guide prospects toward the appropriate next step.
Ensure a seamless handoff between the lead and the assigned agent.
