Permanent Lighting Market Operator — North Las Vegas
Join and help grow an established permanent exterior-lighting business serving North Las Vegas and surrounding areas. This is an active operation with an established brand, marketing, systems and incoming customer opportunities—not a startup.
We’re seeking an entrepreneurial local operator to lead installations, customer service and day-to-day market operations, build a small crew and help expand into complementary year-round home services.
Responsibilities
- Install permanent exterior-lighting systems
- Safely use ladders and work at residential roofline heights
- Coordinate installation schedules and materials
- Communicate professionally with customers
- Maintain clean, professional jobsites
- Troubleshoot lighting and connectivity issues
- Recruit, train and lead additional installers as the market grows
- Take responsibility for the performance of the local operation
- Help develop a complementary home-service business during the slower lighting season
Ideal Candidate
- Lives in North Las Vegas or nearby
- Has experience in construction, installation or home services
- Is comfortable using tools, ladders and working at roofline heights
- Communicates professionally with homeowners
- Can manage schedules, materials and customer expectations
- Is capable of recruiting and leading an installation crew
- Is dependable, ambitious and motivated by performance
- Has reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
- Wants to operate and grow a business rather than remain in a basic hourly position
Permanent-lighting experience is preferred, but training is available for the right candidate. Experience in roofing, solar, gutters, low-voltage or electrical work, garage doors, floor coatings, landscape lighting, exterior shades or similar trades is valuable.

Compensation
This is a performance-based profit-sharing opportunity. The selected operator will receive an agreed-upon percentage of the local operation’s net profit. The specific percentage and calculation will be discussed during the interview process.
This arrangement does not automatically include equity ownership in the company.
