Responsibilities
- Able to work in a fast paced environment.
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies while maintaining excellent phone etiquette.
- Handle front desk operations, including greeting visitors, handling incoming calls, and directing clients to appropriate departments.
- Ability to lift, bend, and move equipment and trailers around the lot.
- Drive, park, and clean trucks and equipment.
Requirements
- MUST be 18 years or older.
- MUST have reliable transportation.
- MUST have a valid drivers license.
- Able to lift heavy equipment and able to stand for periods of time.
- Experience in office management, administrative support, or customer service roles with strong organizational skills.
- Ability to lift, bend, and move equipment and trailers around the lot.
- Individuals with hitch installation experience ENCOURAGED TO APPLY.
- 1 year of customer service experience preferred.
- Bilingual abilities are highly desirable.
- Strong computer skills including data entry, file management, and basic bookkeeping is a plus.
- Previous experience in front desk receptionist roles is desired.
Pay: $15.00 per hour
