QUALIFICATIONS
- MUST HAVE PEST CONTROL EXPERIENCE (Customer Service, Technician or Sales)
- Maintain a positive attitude
- Must be able to communicate effectively on the phone
- Strong customer service
- Maintaining a professional behavior while staying on task
- Knowledge with computers ( Excel, Microsoft, etc )
- Able to Multi-task
** Sales experience is a plus**
DUTIES
As an in Office CSR, we look forward to helping our customers in any way we can. Including,
- Scheduling jobs through phone, email, chat, and text
- Answering questions and concerns about billing, services, pricing, scheduling, etc
- Collecting personnel information for customer database
- Direct incoming calls/take messages

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 45 per week
