Alpha Inc. is looking for a Concrete General Foreman who doesn't just manage crews—they build teams, drive production, solve problems before they become delays, and lead from the front.
This isn't a clipboard-and-coffee leadership role.
This is for the builder who commands respect because they've earned it. The leader who can walk a jobsite, spot issues before they impact production, coach Foremen to perform at a higher level, and deliver exceptional concrete work safely, efficiently, and on schedule.
You'll serve as the critical bridge between the Concrete Superintendent and field crews, helping transform project plans into successful execution while developing the next generation of field leaders.
If you're the kind of leader who takes ownership, thrives under pressure, and believes great projects start with great people, keep reading.
