Venue Manager (Contract) – 30–40 Hours/Week | $25/hour
We're looking for a motivated, organized, and creative Venue Manager to take ownership of our event space and help create exceptional experiences for our guests. This is a contract position (30–40 hours per week) at $25/hour for someone who enjoys taking initiative, solving problems, and keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes.

What You'll Do
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of our venue
- Manage bar operations, inventory, and organization
- Coordinate and execute events from start to finish
- Create and manage staff schedules
- Lead, support, and communicate with event staff
- Ensure every event runs seamlessly and guests have a great experience
- Maintain venue organization, cleanliness, and readiness
- Continuously improve systems and processes to help our team work more efficiently
