Stadium People is seeking reliable and professional individuals to serve as Game Day Field Security at Auburn University football games. Team members will be stationed on the field facing the crowd with their backs to the playing field, helping to ensure the safety and security of the field, student-athletes, coaches, officials, and fans. We will be selective for these roles; we seek motivated, talented staff who look and act professionally.
Key Responsibilities:
· Monitor crowd activity and maintain a safe environment along the field perimeter.
· Help prevent unauthorized access to the playing field.
· Provide a visible and professional security presence throughout the event.
· Assist with crowd management and communicate any concerns to supervisors.
· Remain alert and attentive during all assigned shifts, including no use of cell phones while on post.
· Deliver excellent customer service while interacting with fans and guests.
Qualifications:
· Strong communication and observation skills.
· Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
· Dependable, punctual, and professional in appearance and conduct.
· Previous security, risk management, or access control experience is helpful but not required.
Schedule:
Work is available during Auburn University home football games. Staff members are encouraged to work all home games whenever possible to provide consistent event coverage and support.
Compensation:
$16.00 per hour
