Duties
- Engage in proactive prospecting through cold calling, lead generation, and territory management to identify potential clients and business opportunities
- Conduct product demonstrations and technical sales presentations to showcase solutions tailored to client needs
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through personalized communication, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Negotiate deals effectively to close sales while meeting or surpassing individual and team targets
- Collaborate with marketing teams on campaigns and outreach strategies to maximize lead conversion rates
Requirements
- Proven experience in Landscape/Hardscape and Masonry sales roles with a track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
- Strong management skills with experience in account management and territory sales
- Excellent customer relationship building, negotiation, and communication skills
- Ability to perform prospecting activities such as cold calling and lead generation effectively
- Technical knowledge related to products or services being sold is highly desirable
- Demonstrated ability to close deals efficiently while maintaining high levels of customer service
- Strong analysis skills for understanding client needs and tailoring solutions accordingly
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to business development and client engagement
