Prime Behavioral Solutions Inc. is seeking enthusiastic, energetic, and compassionate Behavior Therapists to join our team! This is a great opportunity to make a meaningful impact by providing home-based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to two children with Autism Spectrum Disorder and other developmental delays.
Location: Montebello, CA
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 3:00 PM – 7:00 PM
Responsibilities
- Provide 1:1 behavioral intervention services in the client’s home.
- Collect and record accurate data during each session.
- Document therapy sessions daily with detailed session notes.
- Participate in team meetings and ongoing professional trainings.
- Maintain confidentiality and compliance with HIPAA standards.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience providing ABA services (preferred, not required).
- Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and proof of auto insurance.
- Current negative TB test.
- Ability to pass DOJ and FBI background checks.
- CPI certification (preferred, not required).
- High School Diploma (required); Bachelor’s degree in a related field (preferred).
- Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.
