Job Summary
The brand-new TRU BY HILTON - SANTA ROSA BEACH is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our opening team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in various settings, including hotels, hospitals, and residential properties. This role requires a commitment to providing high-quality service while ensuring a welcoming environment for guests and residents.
Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of assigned areas, including guest rooms, hallways, lobbies, and restrooms.
- Conduct floor care tasks such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and polishing surfaces.
- Ensure all cleaning supplies and equipment are used safely and efficiently.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and notify management when restocking is needed.
- Follow established procedures for cleaning and sanitation to meet health and safety standards.
- Assist in housekeeping management tasks as needed to ensure smooth operations.
Skills
- Experience in industrial cleaning or custodial services is preferred.
- Familiarity with hotel or hospitality environments is a plus.
- Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to cleanliness.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Good time management skills to complete tasks efficiently within designated timeframes.
- Strong communication skills for effective interaction with guests and team members.
