JOB Supports the daily operations of the TCC Skills Lab during evening hours. This role serves as the primary point of contact for learners and visitors, ensuring a welcoming, organized, and well-functioning lab environment. The Lab Assistant checks in learners, provides basic program and event support, troubleshoots common issues, and assists with minor event logistics.
This position is located at Gradient: Tulsa’s Innovation Hub EXAMPLE OF DUTIES
- Greet and check in learners as they arrive at the TCC Skills Lab and maintain accurate attendance

Serve as the primary point of contact during evening hours to answer learner questions related to Skills Lab programs, workshops, and events

Provide basic troubleshooting support for learners, including technology access, room setup, and general navigation questions

Assist with minor event logistics, including room preparation, sign-in support, materials setup, and post-event breakdown

Communicate learner needs, incidents, or operational issues to the Lab Coordinator or Skills Lab staff in a timely manner

Collaborate with Skills Lab staff to ensure smooth evening operations and positive learner experiences
