As a Registered Nurse (RN) on our night shift team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care to our residents. We are seeking a compassionate and experienced nurse to join our team, night shift from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM, with a passion for delivering top-notch care.
Registered Nurse (RN) Responsibilities:
Provide direct care to residents, including administering medications, treating wounds, and performing vital signs
Develop and implement individualized care plans, in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team
Monitor resident health and report any changes or concerns to the Charge Nurse or Supervisor
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions and high-quality outcomes
Maintain accurate and detailed records, including medication administration records, treatment records, and progress notes
Registered Nurse (RN) Requirements:
Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Missouri
Familiarity with long-term care regulations and guidelines
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with residents, families, and colleagues
Ability to lift, transfer, and reposition residents, with or without the assistance of equipment or other personnel
Must be able to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
