Drums VS Flats is looking for two dependable team members to help keep our food trailer operating at its best.
This position focuses entirely on deep cleaning and maintenance. If you enjoy seeing immediate results from your work, take pride in cleanliness, and don't mind getting your hands dirty, we'd love to hear from you.
Schedule
- Every Other Tuesday
- Approximately 4–6 hours per shift
- Two positions available
Pay
- $18.00 per hour
- Paid Daily
Responsibilities
This is a deep-cleaning position responsible for restoring the trailer after two weeks of service.
Duties include:
- Washing and sanitizing all dishes, utensils, pans, and containers used throughout the previous two weeks
- Draining, filtering, and thoroughly cleaning three commercial fryers
- Deep cleaning the flat-top grill
- Cleaning and sanitizing the refrigerator and freezer
- Cleaning shelves, prep tables, and food-contact surfaces
- Emptying trash and replacing liners
- Sweeping and mopping the entire trailer
- Wiping down walls, equipment, and stainless-steel surfaces
- Keeping cleaning supplies organized and properly stored
- Assisting with any additional cleaning tasks needed to prepare the trailer for the next service week
Attention to detail is extremely important. Our trailer must meet high cleanliness and food safety standards before returning to service.
Requirements
- Reliable transportation
- Able to lift up to 50 pounds
- Comfortable working with commercial cleaning chemicals and kitchen equipment
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Dependable, punctual, and detail-oriented
- Previous restaurant or janitorial experience is a plus but not required
