ORDER DESK JOB DESCRIPTION
Job Title: Customer Service/Order Entry
Hours: Monday through Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
Job Requirements:
- Customer Service experience
- QuickBooks proficient
- Logistics experience / Setting up 3PL shipments deliveries
- MS Windows & Google Drive computer proficient
- Able to multitask and work in a fast paced environment
- Self motivated, reliable and honest
- Preferred: Dispatch/ Port Container experience.
Duties Include but are not limited to the following:
- Working with all aspects of the order desk and integrating with the warehouse
- Answering phones and entering customer orders
- Working with Sales Reps on Customer specifics and order details
- Receiving Customer payments & entering into QB
- Updating pricing sheets
- Verifying inventory
- Logistics & shipping
- Accessing Google drive files and spreadsheets
- Maintaining Customer list
- Customer Service
- Processing Customer return paperwork and Credit Memos
- Entering new Customers into QB
- Special projects and assignment as needed
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $21.00 - $22.00 per hour

Education:
- High school or equivalent (Required)
Experience:
- Customer service: 3 years (Required)
- QuickBooks: 3 years (Required)
