Southern Harvest Hospitality Group is expanding, and we’re looking for dependable, hardworking, and team-oriented Cooks to join our kitchen team at the 19th Hole.
The 19th Hole is more than just a clubhouse grill — it’s a key part of the Southern Harvest family. Position Summary
The Cook is responsible for preparing and executing menu items to Southern Harvest standards while maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient kitchen environment. This role plays a critical part in delivering a consistent, high-quality dining experience for golfers and guests.
This position is available full-time or part-time, with flexible scheduling available.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and presentation standards
- Set up and stock stations with necessary supplies
- Ensure food is prepared in a timely manner during service
- Maintain proper food safety and sanitation standards
- Follow all health department guidelines and kitchen protocols
- Assist with inventory management and restocking
- Properly store and label food items
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation
- Assist with prep work and closing duties
- Communicate effectively with team members and management
What We’re Looking For
- Previous line cook or kitchen experience preferred (but willing to train the right candidate)
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Reliable and punctual
