ABOUT THE ROLE
You're not just a pharmacy tech - you're the bridge between clinical precision and real-world facility operations. As a Customer Success Specialist, you'll be the trusted, on-site partner that ALF/RCF/ISL homes and facilities rely on to stay compliant, organized, and audit-ready. You reduce chaos, build trust, and make a tangible difference in patient safety every week.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Conduct medication chart & med room audits - verify accuracy, document discrepancies, and ensure storage and security compliance at partner facilities on a scheduled basis.
- Deliver compliance training - lead in-person sessions for facility staff on medication handling, documentation standards, and pharmacy protocols
- Report with clarity and urgency - submit written audit findings within 48 hours, escalate high-priority risks same-day, and deliver actionable verbal briefings to facility leadership.
- Build genuine partnerships - maintain consistent, dependable visit schedules and serve as the go-to resource for facility managers navigating compliance challenges.
- Support pharmacy operations - contribute to fulfillment, data entry, and inventory workflows during your in-pharmacy days with accuracy and efficiency.
WHAT YOU BRING
- Active Pharmacy Technician License
- Expert-level HIPAA / PHI compliance and rigorous SOP adherence
- Confident command of medical terminology and pharmacy software
- Sharp attention to detail paired with the ability to manage a wide portfolio of accounts
- Polished, punctual, and professional - you represent the company every time you walk through a facility door
- Comfortable operating in a structured, metrics-driven environment where accountability and clarity are the norm.
