Full-Time | Uncapped Commission + Company-Provided Appointments

We're looking for a full-time Outside Sales Representative to sell residential solar and roofing. This position combines door-to-door prospecting with company-provided appointments, giving you multiple ways to generate sales and maximize your income.
If you've sold solar, roofing, windows, pest control, alarms, internet, or any other door-to-door product, we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities
- Prospect neighborhoods through door-to-door canvassing.
- Run company-provided sales appointments.
- Meet with homeowners to discuss roofing and solar solutions.
- Inspect roofs and identify qualified opportunities.
- Prepare proposals and close sales.
- Follow up with prospects and maintain your sales pipeline.
- Represent the company with professionalism and integrity.
Qualifications
- Previous outside sales or door-to-door experience preferred.
- Solar or roofing sales experience is a plus.
- Strong communication and closing skills.
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
- Comfortable working outdoors and independently.
