Duties and Responsibilities:
- To serve beverage (alcoholic & non- alcoholic) to members and guests in keeping with Reynolds standards.
- Provides efficient, courteous beverage service to all members and guests
- Does all required opening and closing side work per the schedule.
- Ensure proper billing for members and guests by using member account numbers or credit card sales through POS system.
- Keeps the bar neat, beer and wine coolers stocked, ice bins filled, glasses polished and stored, and fruit stocked for garnish per event.
- Load and unload bar products and bar equipment needed for an event.
- Always maintain cleanliness of banquet liquor room.
- Reports any product shortages or items needed to Lead Banquet Bartender or Senior Banquet Manager.
- Checks Id’s on alcohol sales.
- Adheres to posted schedule, making notes of time, attire, and location.
- Adheres to schedule changes due to event changes.
- Attends scheduled training classes and staff meetings as required.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications/Requirements/Experience/Education:
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Must have a neat appearance.
- Working knowledge of drinks and bar service
- Outgoing personality, cheerful demeanor, and easily able to engage in conversation with members.
- Must be able to lift a minimum of 50lbs.
- Minimum of six months’ bartending experience or equivalent formal training.
- Able to walk and stand through the duration of shift
- Ability to work in various weather conditions
Schedule:
- Food & Beverage operates 6-7 days per week based on scheduled events. As needed, Food & Beverage employees must be available for overtime hours.
