What We Are Looking For
Baylor University is seeking a Pre-Award Administrator/Senior Pre-Award Administrator to support the university’s research enterprise by managing the institutional review, approval, and submission of proposals for externally sponsored research projects. This position ensures compliance with sponsor and institutional policies, facilitates timely submission of proposals. The Pre-Award Central Administrator works closely with Pre-Award University Research Administrators, departmental research administrators, and sponsors to enable successful and compliant research funding.
This position is eligible for remote work.
A Bachelor's degree and three years of relevant work experience are required. A Bachelor’s degree and five years of relevant experience are preferred. A combination of education and experience will be considered in lieu of each other.

The budgeted salary or hourly range that the University reasonably expects to pay for standard level is $60,000 - $65,000 and for the Senior level is $70,000 - $75,000. The full salary range for this position classification is $51,569.56 - $85,089.77
