Pay: $19.00–$22.00 per hour +$1 Shiff Diff

Job Summary:
The Production Worker – Final Assembly is responsible for assembling finished products to meet quality and customer specifications. This role involves working with various components, using hand and power tools, and ensuring products are properly completed before shipment. The ideal candidate is reliable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Final Assembly Operations
- Assemble final products according to work instructions and specifications
- Use hand and power tools to complete assembly tasks
- Ensure all components are properly installed and secured
Quality & Inspection
- Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards
- Identify and report any defects or issues during assembly
- Maintain accuracy and attention to detail throughout the process
Production Support
- Follow production schedules and meet daily output goals
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Assist with packaging and preparing completed products for shipment
Qualifications:
Required:
- Ability to lift at least 50 lbs
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
Preferred:
- Previous assembly or manufacturing experience
- Experience using hand and power tools
Working Conditions:
- Manufacturing environment with frequent standing and movement
- Repetitive assembly tasks throughout the shift
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Fast-paced production environment with daily goals
