Job Description:
We are seeking experienced, reliable, and energetic Waiters/Waitresses to join our team. In this role, you’ll be the face of Bay Bell, providing outstanding service to our guests in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat guests in a professional and welcoming manner
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and enter them into the POS system
- Serve meals and drinks promptly and ensure customer satisfaction
- Maintain a clean and organized dining area
- Bus and reset your own tables promptly for the next guest
- Work closely with kitchen and bar staff to deliver excellent guest experiences
- Handle payments and issue receipts
- Provide suggestions on menu items and daily specials
Qualifications:
- Previous serving experience in a restaurant is required
- Strong communication and people skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a positive attitude
- Flexible schedule, including weekends and evenings
- Must be reliable and team-oriented
