Duties
- Operate a reach forklift to safely transport materials, finished products, and inventory throughout the warehouse.
- Keep production lines supplied with materials to ensure manufacturing stays on schedule.
- Load, unload, and stage products for shipping and receiving.
- Store materials in high-rack locations while maintaining inventory accuracy.
- Use RF scanners and warehouse systems to track inventory movement.
- Perform routine forklift inspections and report equipment concerns.
- Assist with cycle counts and inventory audits.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Support warehouse operations with additional material handling duties as needed.
Qualifications
- At least 1 year of recent reach forklift experience.
- Experience working in a warehouse or manufacturing environment.
- Comfortable operating equipment in high-rack storage areas.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. when necessary.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
- Dependable with excellent attendance and a positive attitude.
- Experience with RF scanners or warehouse management systems is a plus.
