Job Title – Customer Service/Data Entry (Bulk Opening)
Job Location - Meridian Idaho 83642 (Onsite)
Duration:- 3+ Months
Duties:
- Supports membership and enrollment duties for Medicare Advantage, Individual, and Commercial lines of business, during open enrollment season.
Day to day work typically includes:
- Application processing (enrollment and disenrollment)- Electronic and written.
- ACH entry form and Payment processing.
- Daily file processing (Electronic file types), data entry and reports running/processing.
- May have some member outreach for incomplete information on enrollment forms, reconciling information, missing information, etc - whether via phone call, email, fax, etc.
- Documentation related to work tasks, and time spent in work tasks.
- May perform work in Salesforce: documentation of tasks/completion/case clean up
- May help with subgroup/billing set up, billing reconciliation
- Will be assigned/pick up assignments from daily/weekly workflows and work queues
Skills needed:
- Data Entry in office environment. General office/clerical/admin skills. Healthcare-related experience is always appreciated. Computer skills - majority of work is done on computer. Able to work in multiple different screens, systems, applications. Can learn keyboard shortcuts. Familiarity with processing forms (including electronic forms). Does not necessarily need to be in billing, accounting or AP/AR -but some of that billing-related or invoice/form processing experience may be helpful. Attention to detail will be important; able to problem-solve and follow directions.
