Frontier's fiber‑optic network, now part of Verizon, keeps every corner of the house connected. The Client Enrollment Associate then shows them how Frontier's bundles deliver strong, reliable coverage throughout every room.
As a Client Enrollment Associate, you’ll train to master Frontier’s internet and TV portfolio, then connect with our customers in person to guide them through enrollment. Each customer conversation our Client Enrollment Associate handles becomes a sales opportunity to reinforce transparency, reliability, and trust, ensuring every sales outcome strengthens Frontier’s standing in the community.
Core Functions of the Client Enrollment Associate
- Assist customers in exploring Frontier Fiber Internet and TV services through informative, relationship-focused sales interactions as a Client Enrollment Associate.
- Evaluate household connectivity requirements before recommending internet and entertainment solutions that provide long-term value as a Client Enrollment Associate
- Explain Frontier's internet performance, Wi-Fi coverage, streaming capabilities, and TV options in customer-friendly language.
- Support enrollments, installation scheduling, and customer follow-up to ensure a seamless service experience.
- Stay informed on Frontier services, promotional offers, and residential fiber enhancements to provide accurate customer guidance.
- Maintain complete customer documentation and provide proactive communication throughout the enrollment process.
