Position: Therapist in Private Practice
Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate associate or licensed Therapist to join our private practice located in Arcata. The role offers competitive compensation and clinical supervision to support your professional growth and development.
Responsibilities:
1. Conduct comprehensive assessments
2. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
3. Provide individual, group, and/or couples therapy utilizing various therapeutic modalities to promote positive change and emotional well-being.
4. Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure coordinated and integrated care
5. Maintain accurate and confidential client records in compliance with legal and ethical standards.
6. Maintain a minimum caseload of 15 clients per week.
Qualifications:
1. Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, or Counseling
2. Current registration with the Board of Behavioral Science
3. Strong clinical skills and knowledge of evidence-based treatment modalities.
4. Interpersonal and communication skills to establish rapport with clients and collaborate effectively with colleagues.
5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
6. Familiarity with electronic health record systems for documentation purposes.
