Job Summary
Adequate Cares is seeking a compassionate and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our growing home care team in Elkton, MD. This position is responsible for conducting initial client assessments and follow up assessments to ensure clients receive safe, high-quality, and individualized home care services.

Responsibilities
- Complete comprehensive initial nursing assessments for new home care clients.
- Perform client follow up assessments and update care plans as needed.
- Evaluate clients' physical, emotional, and environmental needs.
- Develop and maintain individualized plans of care.
- Collaborate with physicians, caregivers, and the care team to coordinate services.
- Accurately document assessments and client progress in a timely manner.
- Ensure compliance with state regulations and agency policies.
Qualifications
- Current and active Maryland Registered Nurse (RN) license.
- Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience (home health or community nursing preferred).
- Strong assessment and clinical documentation skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to client homes within the service area.
- Current CPR/BLS certification.
