Position Title: Assistant Baseball Coach
Department: Athletics Department
Reports To: Head Baseball Coach
Employment Type: Full-time, 10-month
Position Summary:
Culver-Stockton College invites applications for the position of Assistant Baseball Coach. This full-time position is responsible for assisting in teaching the sport of Baseball and administering the entire operation of the program.
Key Responsibilities:
- Teaching the sport of Baseball
- Assisting in administration of the Baseball program
- Recruiting high quality student athletes
- Planning and coordinating practices
- Assisting with player skill development
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree, required
- Previous coaching or playing baseball experience, collegiate level preferred
- Ability to recruit and motivate student athletes
- Commitment to academic success as well as compliance with NAIA and HEART
