About Us:
We are looking for an energetic, hardworking, and outgoing Front Desk Coordinator to join our team! Whether you're looking for full-time or part-time work, we want someone who is motivated, personable, and ready to make a positive impact on our gym community. As the first point of contact for our members, you'll play an essential role in creating a welcoming and clean environment while also helping to grow our gym.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and check in members with a friendly, positive attitude.
- Provide tours to potential members, highlighting gym features and services.
- Sell memberships and retail products, actively promoting gym offerings.
- Make smoothies and assist with light food/beverage service.
- Maintain cleanliness throughout the facility, including wiping down equipment, folding towels, cleaning restrooms, and vacuuming/mopping.
- Ensure weights and equipment are properly put back and organized (must be able to lift up to 45 lbs).
- Engage with members through social media, taking great photos/videos to post and help increase engagement.
- Assist with general administrative tasks, including phone calls and emails as needed.
Requirements:
- Friendly and approachable with a passion for customer service.
- Must be able to lift 45 lbs and perform cleaning duties.
- Previous experience in customer service or front desk roles is a plus.
- Organized, self-motivated, and able to work efficiently.
- Computer literate with knowledge of social media platforms.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
- A love for fitness and a desire to make a positive impact.
- Must be able to work either Liberty Hill or Leander locations
HOURS:
Mandatory weekends Saturday and Sunday (not every weekend since we rotate staff)
During the week hours can vary from: 8am-1pm, 1-5pm, 5-9pm
