Apple Annie’s Bake Shop is looking for a friendly Customer Service Associate to join our Front of House team, with additional responsibilities in Order Fulfillment. This role offers variety and flexibility, allowing team members to work both in customer-facing service and behind-the-scenes fulfillment operations.
We’ve been a staple in the Wilmington, NC community for over 40 years, offering fresh breads, cakes, cookies, pastries, pies, and more.
Responsibilities include:
- Packaging and displaying baked goods
- Assisting customers in-store
- Taking and processing orders
- Answering phone inquiries
- Supporting order fulfillment and accuracy
- Preparing and serving coffee and espresso drinks
- Cleaning and maintaining the store to ensure a welcoming, sanitary environment
We are also hiring team members who are available to work during our busy holiday season, including Thanksgiving and Christmas, so reliability during peak periods is strongly valued.

We are currently hiring for part-time and full-time positions at our University Square Mall location (837 S. Kerr Ave, Wilmington, NC).
Starting pay is $11/hour, with tip eligibility after completing five days of paid training.
