This is not an “order taker” role. We’re looking for a closer—someone who can learn our proven sales process taught by the best coach in the business, run with it, and crush sales goals.
What You’ll Be Doing
Engage new leads & prospects(we’ll help you get in front of the right people).- Run in-home consultations to identify water needs and present solutions.
- Follow a proven sales process designed to close at a high rate.
- Drive revenue growth while building long-term customer relationships.
- Stay sharp by learning product knowledge and keeping up with industry trends.
What We’re Looking For
A hunter’s mindset—you love chasing and closing deals.- Track record of hitting or beating sales targets(any industry).
- Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
- Strong follow up skills.
- Self-motivated, competitive, and money-driven.
- Experience in water treatment is a plus, but not required—we’ll train the right person.
