- Communicate patient financial responsibility to the patient prior to the appointment Co-Pays and Deductibles
- Accept incoming calls or electronic requests from patients or referring physicians for procedures such as nerve blocks, epidural injections, or other pain management interventions
- Ability to work at a high pace and in a detailed orientated environment.
- At least 4- year pre-certification experience required
- Must type minimum of 50 to 50 WPM.

- Evaluate referral against payer guidelines to ensure all required documentation is present

Skills and Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Experience in physician office practice, insurance billing, or collections
- Knowledge of insurance verification and prior authorization processes
- Strong computer skills (EMR, scheduling systems)
