As our practice continues to grow, we are seeking a skilled and motivated Litigation Attorney to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all phases of litigation from investigation, pleadings, and discovery to pre-trial, trial, settlement, and appeal.
- Draft motions, discovery requests/responses, pleadings, and legal memoranda.
- Conduct depositions, hearings, and trials in state and/or federal court.
- Work closely with clients, expert witnesses, and colleagues to develop case strategies.
- Maintain clear and consistent communication with clients and keep them informed on case status.
- Ensure compliance with all legal standards and regulations.
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
- Active bar membership in Texas.
- Minimum of 1-3 years of Texas litigation experience in civil and commercial matters
- Excellent analytical, research, and writing skills.
- Strong oral advocacy and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in depositions and courtroom proceedings.
- Familiarity with litigation management software and legal research tools (e.g., Westlaw, Clio).

Pay: $100,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
