WHAT YOU’LL DO:
Area Chief Engineer
-
Contact and schedule vendors as necessary for building repairs and emergencies
-
Be fully compliant with housekeeping/maintenance brand and corporate procedures
-
Ensure compliance with energy conservation and job safety requirements
-
Perform preventive maintenance on equipment on scheduled basis
-
Assist in maintaining pool and spa area including lifts, filter systems, etc.

Maintain and update SDS sheets
-
Ensure efficient completion of daily assignments in a timely manner

Requires excellent communication skills

Must be able to work flexible schedule
