Do you have a heart for Hospice? Pinnacle Hospice is seeking an experienced License Piratical Nurse (LPN) to join our on-call team!
This position is primarily responsible for seeing hospice patients in their place of residence, providing hospice and palliative practical nursing care services. This position is on call, performing routine services to meet our patient's needs. The LPN reports directly to the DON and coordinates with the RN case manager, family, medical director and IDT team regarding patient care.
This position, working 7 days on and 7 days off, equal to 80 hours in a total for each bi-weekly payroll period for agreed-upon schedule of 1 weekend (Friday 4:30pm through Monday 8:00am) and 1 week (Monday through Thursday 4:30pm - 8:00am) per bi-weekly period.

Graduate of an accredited school of practical nursing.

Licensed as a practical nurse in Louisiana.

Current State drivers license.

Current CPR
-
Hospice experience
-
Comprehensive knowledge of nursing skills as defined as generally accepted standards of practice.
