With growing demand and the launch of our new spa, we’re looking for a motivated, professional Licensed Cosmetologist to join our team.
Job Summary
We are seeking a licensed cosmetologist who is passionate about hair, customer experience, and expanding their career. This position is ideal for both new and experienced stylists who want a positive environment, steady growth, and strong support from management.
Responsibilities
- Provide professional hair services including cutting, coloring, highlighting, blowouts, and styling
- Deliver exceptional customer service with a welcoming, upbeat attitude
- Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant workstation
- Recommend products and home-care routines
- Participate in team meetings, trainings, and salon events
- Contribute to a positive, supportive, drama-free team environment

Compensation
- Commission-based pay or hourly + commission (depending on experience)
- Retail commission
- Daily tips

Schedule
- 3–5 days per week
- Morning, mid-day, or evening shifts available
- At least one weekend day preferred
- Flexible scheduling to support work/life balance
Requirements
- Active Pennsylvania Cosmetology License
- Strong communication skills
- Professional, reliable, and team-oriented
