Warehouse Team Leader
We're looking for an experienced, hands-on Warehouse Team Leader to help lead daily warehouse operations and support a team of Material Handlers. This is a great opportunity for someone ready to take the next step in their warehouse career.
What You'll Do
Lead and support Material Handlers during daily warehouse operations
Receive, store, pick, and distribute materials
Load and unload trucks using forklifts and pallet jacks
Verify orders and materials for accuracy
Complete inventory transactions and update warehouse systems
Assist with cycle counts and inventory control
Train and support new team members
Inspect equipment and maintain a clean, safe warehouse
Assist the Warehouse Supervisor with daily priorities
What We're Looking For
High school diploma or GED
1+ year of warehouse or material handling experience
Previous lead or training experience preferred
Forklift experience/certification
Experience with inventory or ERP systems
Strong organizational and basic math skills
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
Dependable, safety-focused, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
