Enhanced Life Serviced is a growing DD/HCBS provider actively transitioning new clients into services, and we are expanding our team to support that growth! We provide services to adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities across day program, residential, and overnight settings, and we are hiring across all of them. We are seeking dependable professionals who are comfortable supporting all levels of care, from individuals who are largely independent to those who require hands-on assistance.
Shifts available:
Day program staff
Group home staff
Weekend staff
Awake overnight staff
About the role:
Some of the individuals we support have higher support needs, including behavioral challenges and documented risk factors. This role requires following individualized behavior support plans, applying de-escalation techniques, and maintaining accurate documentation. It is demanding work, and it is also some of the most meaningful you can do. We provide comprehensive training and ongoing support, including Mandt certification, so that staff are fully prepared before working independently.
Start dates:
All staff complete onboarding and training prior to working on the floor. Because we are actively transitioning multiple clients into services, your start date may align with the date your assigned client begins services. Flexibility and availability to begin when scheduling allows are strongly preferred.
Qualifications:
Comfort supporting all levels of care, including individuals with behavioral needs
Reliability and consistent attendance
The ability to remain calm and exercise sound judgment in challenging situations
Patience, professionalism, and a genuine commitment to person-centered support
Willingness to complete all required training and certifications
Requirements:
Must be 18 or older
High school diploma or GED
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Ability to pass a background check
