Job Description
MOMS United ABA LLC is seeking a dedicated and experienced Clinical Director/BCBA to join our growing team! The Clinical Director will play a key role in overseeing company quality, supporting our team of BCBAs and RBTs, and ensuring ethical and effective ABA services are provided to our clients and families.
This position is ideal for a BCBA who is passionate about making a meaningful impact while helping develop a strong clinical culture within an expanding ABA organization.
Responsibilities
- Provide clinical leadership and oversight for ABA services
- Develop, review, and update individualized treatment plans
- Conduct assessments and analyze behavioral data to guide treatment decisions
- Provide ongoing supervision and support to BCBAs and RBTs
- Ensure treatment integrity and compliance with BACB guidelines and insurance requirements
- Monitor clinical documentation for accuracy, quality, and timeliness
- Collaborate with caregivers and team members to promote client progress
- Support staff training, mentorship, and professional development
- Assist with improving clinical processes and company growth initiatives
- Maintain a caseload and provide direct BCBA services as needed
Position Requirements
- Active BCBA certification required
- Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field
- Licensed or eligible to practice as a BCBA in Texas
- Minimum of 2 years of BCBA experience preferred
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Experience supervising RBTs and implementing ABA treatment plans
- Ability to work independently in an in-home ABA setting
Billing Requirement
- Must maintain a minimum billable requirement of 35 direct service hours per week
