## Responsibilities
### Client & Office Support
- Welcome and assist clients in person and over the phone
- Schedule appointments and manage office communications
- Support daily office operations and maintain organized client records
- Assist with document preparation, scanning, and data entry
### Insurance Customer Service
- Help clients with basic policy service requests
- Assist with policy updates and beneficiary changes
- Follow up on claims and communicate with insurance carriers
- Support producers in reviewing client insurance needs
### Training & Professional Development
- Learn insurance products, compliance, and customer service skills
- Receive mentorship from experienced licensed producers
- Prepare for state insurance licensing exams (company support available)
- Develop long-term consulting and sales skills
