Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Assistant Teacher to join our educational team. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in supporting the lead teacher in creating a nurturing and engaging learning environment for young children. Responsibilities
- Assist the lead teacher in implementing lesson plans that promote literacy, math, and overall childhood development.
- Support classroom management by maintaining a positive and structured environment conducive to learning.
- Engage with students in various activities, ensuring their safety and well-being throughout the day.
- Facilitate small group instruction and provide individualized support to students as needed.
- Help with curriculum development, adapting materials to meet the diverse needs of children, including those with special needs or disabilities.
- Maintain open communication with parents regarding student progress and classroom activities.
- Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and professional development opportunities.
Skills
- Experience working with children in daycare, preschool, or private school settings a pus.
- Proficiency in lesson planning, curriculum development, and behavior management strategies.
- Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with students, parents, and colleagues.
- Classroom experience that demonstrates effective classroom management techniques
- We are willing to train and provide qualifying education.

Pay: $13.00 - $14.00 per hour
